1. Subject of the Promotion

This promotion applies to customers who use the eval application available at eval.cz. The promotion provides a benefit to customers who submit documents in XML format.

2. Conditions for Claiming the Discount

A customer who provides documents in XML format is entitled to a discount of CZK 1,000 on the first company valuation under this promotion.

The discount can be combined with a discount code, where the base price for calculating the discount (discount code) is the price after the discount under this promotion.

3. Procedure if XML Documents Are Not Provided

If a customer used the promotional discount but was unable to provide documents in XML format, they are required to pay an additional amount of CZK 1,000. After payment of this amount, the customer will be allowed to upload documents in PDF format.

4. Promotion Duration

The promotion is valid until June 30, 2025. We reserve the right to terminate this promotion early or extend it.

5. Additional Provisions

eval CZ s.r.o. reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion at any time. All changes will be announced on the eval.cz website.
