Upload Your Valuation Documents Quickly and Easily
Nobody likes spending time on unnecessary work. That is why we have prepared a simple and fast data import into our application.
To make it even easier, we use the format required by the Financial Administration, so all current accounting systems used in the Czech Republic should support it.
Below you will find several of the most widely used accounting systems and information on how to obtain the required XML files.
Prerequisites for Successful XML Import
- Outputs must always be in full scope.
- Format according to the documentation and structure for the My Taxes portal.
- The Income Statement must be in the nature of expense classification format.
- Values should be rounded to whole thousands. If they happen not to be, we can handle it. After import, you can set whether the amounts are in thousands or units of CZK.
- We need 5 years of financial statements for the valuation.
How to Obtain XML Data for Import?
ABRA FlexiBee
You can obtain XML outputs via Accounting - Accounting Reports. For the Income Statement, you can follow the instructions on the support pages, specifically the section Generating Balance Sheet and Income Statement in XML.
You need to select the following:
- Report calculation: select Round to whole thousands
- Print report selection: Income Statement in full scope
Pohoda
You can obtain XML outputs via the Wizard for exporting reports to XML. More information on the support pages.
Money S3
You can proceed according to the manual. Specifically pages 73 + 341 and beyond.
Helios Red
Helios Red also offers the option to export to XML; simply follow the instructions.
