Products Overview
Business valuation is a complex process used for various purposes, such as sale, purchase, inheritance proceedings, or divorce settlement. Valuation methods may vary.
To calculate the enterprise value in our expert opinion, we primarily use:
- the DCF income method,
- the capitalized net earnings method, and
- book value.
Each valuation purpose may require a different approach and methods, resulting in different enterprise values.
You can learn more about the specific methods used for individual products in the product detail.

What our customers say about us
"I needed a professional valuation report for probate proceedings. The appraiser recommended by the notary's office was able to provide a business valuation within a matter of several months. Fortunately, I found eval. After consulting on the input data with Mr. Krejci, I had the required report in hand within two days. Besides the quick response, I would like to highlight his helpfulness and willingness, which is not always common in these circles.
This is how I envision modern business valuation."
"I use the service for determining business value in the context of Czech business acquisitions. I appreciate the speed of the output along with the assessment of the company's situation. I use the professional report as material for further negotiations."
