How It All Started

I first met Petr in 2016 while working on the Odhadci.info project. Our goal was to create the first online calculator for estimating business value that would offer a quick and easily accessible result directly on the internet. The project was a success and found its target audience primarily among business owners curious about the value of their companies.

The idea that came to my mind was to create an application focused directly on online business valuation. Something that was missing from the market. To offer a tool for people who need to know the value of a company, whether for a sale, probate proceedings, or property settlement. When I discussed this idea with Petr, we realized we shared the same vision.

We founded eval CZ s.r.o. and began developing the web application eval.cz, which offers clients three main products:

• Valuation for buying or selling a business,
• Valuation for probate proceedings,
• Valuation for marital property settlement.

From the very beginning, our priorities were clear: simplicity, speed, and accessibility.

For example, during probate proceedings, when a person has other concerns on their mind, they need to obtain the necessary information as simply as possible and ideally on the spot.

And that is the story behind the creation of the online service eval.cz, which makes life easier in key situations and delivers fast, reliable solutions.
